Texas License Update

The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) sent letters to inform the LDs whose license expires on August 31,2016 that the renewal date has been extended to October 31,2016 and those whose license expires on September 30, 2016 has been extended to November 30,2016.

This extension puts all the August and September LD renewals into the Texas Department Of Licensing and Regulation. Based on the TDLR process, LDs should receive a written notice 45 days prior to the new expiration date and then reminders via e-mail.

If you have questions, please contact our license liaison at consumer_protection@eatrightTexas.org.
