Circuit Bootcamp is a high intensity interval training class that combines cardio with resistance work. Together, we’ll work through back-to-back movements targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest time in between. Join me for a morning of upbeat music and a good sweat! (Modifications available to accommodate all fitness levels).
Equipment Needed: Small hand weights or dumbbells, if available. Other options include textbooks, suitcases, or heavier household items, such as milk jugs or canned goods.
