Caroline manages the internal wellness program to improve the health of Methodist Health System’s employee and dependent population. Methodist has been awarded by the Dallas Business Journal as Best Place to Work 12 years in a row and Top 5 Healthiest Employer the last 3 years, and in 2015 and 2016 Methodist Health System was named the number 1 Healthiest Employers in North Texas. Methodist Health System also achieved Platinum status as a Fit Friendly Company by the American Heart Association for the last 3 years, as earning the Innovation Award in 2014.

Caroline is a University of Oklahoma graduate with 12 years of experience as a registered and licensed dietitian. For the past decade Caroline has specialized in corporate wellness.

Personally, Caroline is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys running, yoga, and tennis. She is a mom of two Jack Russell Terriers and lover of all things food and wine.
