Celina Paras, Nutrition Education Specialist for CHEF, is a graduate of the University of the Rio Grande Valley. She completed a Master’s degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition at the world renowned University College London. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Texas Educator.

Her passion is to help individuals lead a life of health and wellness. She has worked as a nutrition educator for teens at the Rio Grande Valley, and has collaborated in health promotion projects in international organizations including London Food Bank and East London Food Access. Her special interest is in nutrition education, child nutrition, and chronic disease prevention by encouraging healthful eating habits early in life.
