Humble Lemon Hummus

2 c. chickpeas
¼ c. tahini
¼ c. olive oil
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Rinse and drain chickpeas.
2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
